Acceptable Use Policy

To protect the platform, customers, and commercial integrity of Stratace, users may not engage in unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or operationally harmful activity.

Prohibited activity

  • Attempting unauthorised access, security circumvention, scraping, or platform replication.
  • Misusing seat allocation, licensing records, refunds, support channels, or promotional offers.
  • Using the platform in a manner that violates law, infringes rights, or harms other users or the service itself.
  • Introducing malware, automated abuse, or unsupported workload patterns intended to destabilise the service.

Enforcement

Stratace may investigate, suspend, restrict, or terminate access where use creates security, legal, or commercial risk. Refund rights may also be limited where abuse is identified.

Customer responsibility

Customers remain responsible for internal user behaviour, access control, and how licensed access is distributed across their team.
